Company Philosophy
Before SPECTRUM Photography was ever created, we spent a lot of time and effort in determining
what clients needed from a photographic agency. While interviewing businesses, advertising agencies, publishers
and the even a portion of the general public, we were able to determine that our prospective clients
had an inordinate number of reoccurring needs and concerns that weren't being fulfilled
in previous business relationships with other photographers. We've done our absolute best
to address these issues and to give our valued clients the ultimate image for their needs,
the best in service and a reasonable price.
We have invested a considerable amount of time to legal issues that govern this business . . .
all images are model-released and property-released when required to protect our clients.
Copyright Releases are clearly defined, easy to read and understand and we even offer
Multiple Use Copyright Releases as well as Exclusive Rights and Transfer of Ownership to clients that need this option.
Good Business is always in writing . . . proposals, invoices, releases and all agreements are clearly documented
for the client. We also carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy to protect our clients while we are on location.
After a considerable investment in time and capital, we are able to offer our clients a complete, full service,
multiple line imaging agency. We are one of only a handful of agencies in the United States that is this diversified
in coverage, technique and interpretation. We listen to our clients, determine their needs, treat them like we would treat our best friends and family, and provide the same quality images to each and every client.
