SPECTRUM Photography is a Sole Proprietorship filed in Travis County and based in Austin, Texas
and Lakeway, Texas. Proprietor James A. Dumas is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University
and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with undergraduate studies in the field of advertising and marketing.
Jim has studied with some of the nation's finest commercial and portrait photographers. This firm has invested a tremendous amount of capital in the finest photographic equipment, but, more importantly, has invested time, effort and money to insure clients are served safely and legally. SPECTRUM Photography carries a two million dollar liability insurance policy,
valid in studio or on location. Before providing copyright releases on any image, proper documentation
of model releases and/or property releases are obtained.
